The Review (not Guy's but edited by him for syntax & grammar):
"Bibi: Confessions of a Sweet 16" contains very little story or plot. Fortunately, the film was directed by Joe Sarno, the expert at making psychological sex melodramas, many of which are overlong, so the end result is still satisfying. While it is all well and good that Sarno always cared enough about his stories and cast that he usually made the best films possible, and in doing so refused to cater to the raincoat crowd his films were often tossed to, it is always worth observing that films are edited for a reason, and with that said, it can be clearly declared that the beautiful Bibi, seductive and passionate as she may be, overstays her heavy-breathing welcome by a good half hour. The film does not have that much dialog to carry it along either, so what we are left with is the thin story of the college-lady Bibi, on a visit to a relative, seducing every man and woman with whom she comes in contact. Of course her actions affect the sexual lives of those close to this inner circle of people, and they become like collateral sexual damage thanks to the beautiful yet horny nymphet. Maria Forsa does not get a chance to really act until the film's final two scenes, as she is so busy getting undressed, moaning and writhing with whoever has struck her fancy.
"Despite the many possibilities to inject a little humor into this scenario and perhaps not take it too seriously, Sarno has taken it very seriously and presents a long, protracted sex drama with no humor whatever. As such, those looking for just wall-to-wall naked female flesh will get their fill within the first thirty minutes; the remaining viewers, and those who will stick with this story for the entire running time will probably be fans of Sarno, will be pleased at the truly fleshed-out character development, no pun intended"
