There is a long article on glamour photography, illustrated by a photographer based in Yorkshire - i.e. out in the regions, a long way from London. There is some information, on the internet, such as local papers' websites, about some of his models. Some won beauty contests. Another did enough acting to have an entry in IMDB. Also, we have the results of the competition, the topic of which was 'Glamour'...:
